Terms & Conditions

In short

These terms cover buying products and services from us. Your Australian Consumer Law guarantees always apply and are never excluded. Custom builds may need a deposit and lead time, prices and stock can change, and Western Australian/Australian law governs.

Acceptance

By placing an order, booking a service, or otherwise dealing with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies.

Products, pricing & availability

We aim to keep product information, pricing, and stock accurate, but errors can occur and stock is not guaranteed. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, change prices, or decline or cancel an order affected by an error, including after an order is placed; if we cancel, we will refund any payment made for that order.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept and process your order. Payment is required as set out at checkout or on your quote. We may decline an order at our discretion.

Custom builds & special orders

Custom-built PCs, special-order products, and made-to-order items may require additional assembly, testing, or supplier lead times before dispatch. Estimated timeframes will be communicated before work begins. A deposit may be required. These items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see our Returns policy).

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. See our Shipping page for processing times, couriers, costs, and delivery information.

Warranties & consumer guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Custom PCs include a 12-month labour warranty on workmanship, and manufacturer warranties on components are passed on to you. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Data & backups

You are responsible for backing up your data before any repair, upgrade, or service. While we take care with your equipment, we are not liable for data loss except to the extent required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing the goods, resupplying the services, or paying the cost of doing so. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Heisenberg Technologies and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names and brands are the property of their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
