Many batteries can be replaced same-day once we have the part in stock. Less common models may need us to order the correct cell first — we'll give you the timeframe upfront.
Do you use genuine batteries?
We fit genuine cells where available, and otherwise use quality replacements that meet the original specifications. We'll always tell you which we're using before we start.
My battery is swollen — is it safe to use?
Stop using and charging the device and bring it in as soon as you can. A swollen battery is a safety risk and can force the screen or case apart, causing further damage.
